Find Your Active Members
If you have a membership product and want to know which of your customers are still actively subscribed, the best way to find out is through your Customers dashboard and by downloading a CSV of your customers.
Start by filtering for your membership product by clicking the Filter icon and then selecting your product from the dropdown menu. Then, export your customers to a CSV file by clicking the Export icon (directly to the left of the Filter icon). Be sure that your date range starts on the day that you published your product.
On your CSV, Column S ("Recurring Charge") will either display a TRUE or FALSE value. If a customer is marked FALSE, they have cancelled their membership.
